How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! Simply reserve your bridal experience online through our website or give us a call. Once your appointment is confirmed, our team will take care of the rest.
When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend shopping 9–12 months before your wedding, with 12+ months being ideal. This allows enough time for ordering, alterations, and any customizations. Planning a shorter engagement? Don't worry! We have rush options and ready to take home gowns available.
How long is my appointment?
Our Signature and Vault Experiences are each two hours, giving you plenty of time to work one-on-one with your stylist, explore your favorite gowns, and celebrate saying "yes!"
Who should I bring?
Bring the people whose opinions matter most to you. We comfortably accommodate up to six guests during your appointment. Smaller groups often create the most relaxed and enjoyable experience, allowing you to focus on what feels most like you.
What should I bring?
Bring any shoes, accessories, or inspiration photos you'd like to reference. Nude undergarments or shapewear are welcome but never required, many of our gowns offer beautiful built in support. Bridal structure is unlike anything else, so be prepared to feel snatched and confident ;)
Can I take photos during my appointment?
Absolutely! Photos and videos are encouraged. Don't forget to tag @EmilyHartBridal—we love celebrating your "I Said Yes!" moments.
What is the investment for your gowns?
Our Signature Collection features designer gowns ranging from $2,200–$18,000+.
The Vault Collection offers one of a kind designer sample gowns ranging from $1000–$2,000+.

What sample sizes do you carry?
Our sample gowns range from bridal sizes 4–24, and our experienced stylists are experts at helping every bride envision the perfect fit.
Can I customize my wedding dress?
Yes! Many of our designers offer customization options including sleeves, necklines, fabrics, trains, and more. Your stylist will walk you through the possibilities available for your gown.
Can I complete my bridal look during one appointment?
Absolutely! We offer a carefully curated selection of veils, jewelry, accessories, and finishing touches to complete your wedding day look.
How often do you receive new gowns?
We're constantly welcoming new arrivals and hosting exclusive designer trunk shows throughout the year, so there's always something new to discover.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! Emily Hart Bridal proudly offers professional in house alterations. Once your gown arrives, our team will contact you to schedule your fittings.
I live out of state. Can I still shop with you?
Absolutely! We welcome brides from across the Midwest and beyond. You may complete alterations with our team or take your gown home to work with a local seamstress, whichever works best for you.
My wedding is less than four months away. Can you still help?
Yes! Between rush order options and our Vault Collection of ready to take home gowns, we'll help you find the perfect dress for your timeline.
Why do you require a credit card when booking?
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged if your appointment is canceled within 48 hours or in the event of a no-show.

$100 Tuesday–Saturday
$150 Sunday appointments
How can I pay for my gown?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Please note that credit card purchases include a 3% processing fee. Cash and check payments do not incur this fee.
Will I pay sales tax?
Yes. Kansas sales tax is applied to all purchases as required by law.
Do you offer gown steaming?
Yes! Our Signature Steam Package includes professional steaming and storage prior to your wedding day, so your gown is flawless when it's time to walk down the aisle.
How should I store my gown after my wedding?
Keep your gown in its garment bag and store it in a cool, dry location until you're ready for professional cleaning and preservation.
Do you offer wedding gown preservation?
Yes! We offer professional wedding gown cleaning and preservation packages beginning at $425. Ask your stylist for more information during your appointment.
